• At least 24 hour advance notice required (if applicable).
• Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone.
• Travel fee has to be paid in advance when booking appointment.  
• Travel fee is a non-refundable convenience fee and does not apply to the price of service.  Unless appointment is cancelled 24 hours prior to appointment time.
• No refunds for same day cancellation of appointments.  Cancellation must be 24 hours prior to appointment time.
• Errors and Omissions caused by notary will be corrected for free of charge.
• There will be an extra charge if notary has to wait longer than 10 minutes if you are not at location, ready, or prepared for notary.  

Yes. The signer must appear before the notary at the time of notarization.  

Yes.  The notary has to identify each and every signer to prevent forgery, with a current photo ID.  The types of acceptable identification in Florida are:

• Driver's License or State issued identification card issued by a U.S. state or territory, Mexico or Canada
• United States passport
• Passport issued by a foreign government, that has been stamped by the U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service or the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services
• U.S. military ID card with the required photograph, description of the person, signature of the person, and an identifying number
• Inmate ID card issued on or after January 1, 1991 by the Florida Department of Corrections if the inmate is in custody or issued by the Florida Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons if the inmate is in custody
• A sworn statement from a law enforcement officer that a confined inmate's ID has been confiscated and that the inmate is the person named in the document to be notarized
• Green" card issued by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) to resident aliens.  Only the new form hard plastic cards are acceptable. Old Form I-151 green cards are no longer acceptable as identification for notarization purposes

Service is provided to the Greater Orlando Area: Orlando, Kissimmee, Ocoee, St. Cloud, Winter Garden.  I will travel to Seminole, Polk, and Lake county but please call for fees.

 The ORI number identifies the correct profession and the agency that is responsible for processing your request. The ORI numbers are listed on documents from the requesting agency or may be found on the web. 

The FDLE retains the prints for 180 days only. If your prints have expired at the time your application is submitted to the department, you will be required to submit new prints again. 

We accept most major credit cards. (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express).

All fees are to be paid at the time of service unless a billed account is established. All mobile fingerprinting services and contracts must be handled prior to service.
